Regular Full Support Processing Standard

One of the commonest complaints I heard from clients who hired someone else, is that they never knew when they would get anything out of the other consultants/attorneys office, and this was exacerbated by the other professional’s failure to answer or return messages. So clients were left hanging. Note: I am not an attorney, but many competitors in this industry are.

I respect the concept of Dominos Pizza, that offered a pizza within 30 minutes, or McDonalds a cup of coffee in the morning in 60 seconds.

So in order that my clients know what to expect, I make it clear that their projects will not be forgotten, and that they can always expect response within a reasonable period of time.

My service standard is as follows:

Phone calls: I always am available to speak directly with my clients. When a call comes in and a client wants to speak with me, I drop what I am doing to pick up and speak with you. If I am not in the office,  or couldn’t take the call, I will return your call as soon as I am free.

Emails: My policy is to reply to all emails by the end of the following business day.

Document preparation:   Our standard Full Support turnaround is 10 business days or less. This means whenever it is my turn to take action, review, process etc, you will be confident to get the results within policy.  Specifically: your materials/answers/shoebox received by 9:00 am on a business day will be processed and replied to within 10 business days, at latest by close of business on the 10th business day. This applies especially to major case work. Emails + phone calls are as stated above.

What is relevant is that no matter how busy I am, how many other projects demand my attention, your project is now queued to be accomplished within a reasonable time.

There are certainly valid situations when clients need faster turnaround. For those clients I offer Express 3 day turnaround. See Express Service 

Express, Three Day Turnaround

The Express  Full Support standard for turnaround is 3 business days or less. This means whenever it is my turn to take action, review, process etc, you will be confident to get the results within policy.

Specifically: your materials/answers/shoebox received by 9:00 am on a business day will be processed and replied to within 3 business days, at latest by close of business the third business day. This applies especially to major case work. Emails + phone calls are as stated above.

Refund Policy:

In case you or your partner, change your minds, and decide to abandon our relationship. I will immediately refund your payment. The amount varies on the payment method you chose and how much work has been done.

72 Hours of payment: in all cases, you may cancel within 72 hours of initial payment for 100% refund.

After the first 72 hours  the following applies.

For Single Payment plans: 100 % refund if cancelled before I send you my proprietary “Get started” package. 75 % if cancelled before I receive your first background questionnaire, 25 % refund if cancelled before I receive the first document from your custom Checklist.  No refunds beyond that point.

For installment payment plans:
For the 1st Installment:    100 % refund if cancelled before I send you my proprietary “Get started” package. 50 % if cancelled before I receive your first background questionnaire.  No refund of the 1st installment beyond that point.

For the 2nd Installment (Due with shoebox):   100 % refund if cancelled before I receive your documents from your custom checklist.  No refund of the 1st installment beyond that point.

Card Processing Fees:  Credit or Debit card “Card Processing Fees” are not refundable.

While I can not guarantee approval of immigration benefits, I do promise to make my best efforts to
provide you with accurate and hi quality, personal non-legal assistance and support.
