The Free Evaluation is only for those who have not started their cases, and who are seeking to hire professional assistance to pursue their applications. If you have an ongoing case, or anticipate attemping to “Do it yourself”, you may ask for VisaCoach’s menu of services and prices for ongoing or DIY cases. I do offer help for these situations. I just don’t offer any Free of charge help for them. If you are seeking free services for DIY or ongoing, I suggest you contact US government offices, such as USCIS or NVC .
